FOOD DISSATISFACTION:
We cook our food fresh to order with only the finest and freshest ingredients. We take great care and pride in all of our dishes we make.
Refunds and/or replacement food are available upon request for orders in which the item was wrong, omitted and other similar circumstances. Refunds are not typically provided for the food that a guest simply doesn’t like.
SPICE LEVEL:
We offer a choice of spice levels (Mild – zero spice, Medium Spicy, Spicy and Extra Spicy) but spice can be different for everyone. We use Red Chilies or Green Thai chilies for the spice levels. We usually suggest that you are on the side of caution and choose a lower spice level because you can add spice in it ( we provide hot sauces on the side), but you can’t take it out!
We do not offer discounts, refunds or store credits if the spice level that has been requested doesn’t meet the Guest expectations (not spicy enough or way too spicy). We use measuring spoons for every spice level and we accurately prepare the items up to the Guest request.
Please note that for extra sides of Hot Sauces ( Cilantro Sauce, Vinegar Sauce, Red Chili Sauce, Szechwan Sauce, Soya Sauce) there is an extra charge. We have 8oz and 16oz size containers available.
CANCEL ORDER:
We apologize, we can not cancel, refund or give a store credit if the Guest changed his mind or mistakenly order an item after the order has been prepared.
CARRY OUT ORDER:
We strive to prepare and pack our pick up items to preserve the high quality of the food. Keep in mind that the temperature, sauce, crispiness and consistency of some items may vary slightly after being packed.
Once an order has been placed as a carryout we can not serve it in the restaurant as a dine-in.
DINE IN:
Items from kids menu can be ordered for the kids only, is not available for the adults.
If 25% or more of the food has been consumed we are not able to cancel, refund or substitute the item.
